About Alps Camera

Our store is a specialty shop for photography and cameras, established in 1970.

Thank you for always choosing Alps Camera.
We have been serving the community for many years, primarily offering DPE services, including film development and printing. However, due to difficulties in maintaining equipment, we will be consolidating our business into an online store specializing in the sale and purchase of used cameras starting from September 2025.
We sincerely thank you for your long-standing patronage.

The History of Alps Camera

Traces of the former main store and Kayashima store (Street View from August 2009)
Although we didn't have records from the time the business started, Google still shows the former site.
As you can see by moving the map, it was in a convenient location in front of the station.
*This location is already occupied by another business.


Alps Camera Senbayashi Station Branch (around 2017)
Our store at Senbayashi Station was cherished by the local community. We were particularly committed to "color reproduction" and received high praise, being recognized as the best store every year since the establishment of the Fujifilm Color Print Development Division Contest in 1995.


Specialty store for buying and selling used cameras (up to 2019)
Around 2017, we fully began selling and buying used cameras. We strengthened our efforts in the reuse business and started a new challenge adapted to the changing times.


Alps Camera Main Store (until 2025)
Ultimately, our main store was located in the center of Senbayashi Shopping Street, and we continued operations until 2025. We are grateful for the many customers who visited and for their warm support until the very end.
