In-Store Purchase Flow

1. Please make a reservation

Purchases by bringing items to our office are available by appointment only.

2. Please visit us with your ID

When visiting, please bring the items you would like to sell and a valid ID.

*The office shutter is usually closed. Please press the intercom when you arrive.

Examples of valid ID:
Health insurance card, driver’s license, passport, residence card, etc.

After checking the condition of your items, we will inform you of the final appraisal result.

*In some cases, we may keep the items temporarily and contact you later with the appraisal result.

If the purchase is accepted:
We will pay you in cash on the spot or transfer the payment to your bank account.

If you cancel:
We will return your items to you.
