Points Program

By registering as a member, you can join our Points Program.

Earn 1 point for every ¥100 spent.
Points can be redeemed at a rate of 1 point = ¥1 on future purchases.

As a welcome bonus, new members receive 500 points upon registration.

🌏 For International Customers:
Points are calculated based on Japanese Yen (JPY). Your order total is converted to JPY at the exchange rate applied at checkout, and points are earned and redeemed based on that amount.

Redeeming Points via Store Credit

Earned points can be used for purchases by converting them to store credit. Please note that conversion is not available during checkout — be sure to convert your points to store credit before proceeding to checkout.

  • Store credit is applied to your full available balance automatically. It is not possible to use only a partial amount.
    → Please convert only the amount of points you wish to use before proceeding to checkout.
  • Store credit has no expiration date. Feel free to save up at your own pace.
  • Points and store credit are valid only on the official Alps Camera website and cannot be used on any other platforms (e.g., flea market apps or third-party marketplaces).
