About Our Points Program

Points Program

By registering as a member, you can join our Points Program.

Earn 1 point for every ¥100 spent.
Points can be redeemed at a rate of 1 point = ¥1 on future purchases.

As a welcome bonus, new members receive 500 points upon registration.

🌏 For International Customers:
Points are calculated based on Japanese Yen (JPY). Your order total is converted to JPY at the exchange rate applied at checkout, and points are earned and redeemed based on that amount.

Points can be used by exchanging them for discount coupons.

You can use your accumulated points for purchases by exchanging them for discount coupons. Please note that points cannot be exchanged during checkout, so be sure to exchange them for a discount coupon before proceeding with your purchase.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Discount coupons cannot be combined with other coupons. Please exchange only the amount of points you wish to use into a discount coupon before proceeding with your purchase.
  • Discount coupons do not have an expiration date, so you can save your points with peace of mind.
  • Points and discount coupons can only be used on the official ALPS CAMERA website. They cannot be used on other marketplaces or sales platforms.
