Refund policy

We accept returns only in cases where the defect or issue is caused by Alps Camera (e.g., item malfunction or significant undisclosed defect).

Not eligible for return:

  • "As-is" or junk-condition items
  • Defects already described in the product listing
  • Items marked as non-returnable

How to request a return: Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns due to customer error (e.g., wrong item ordered) are not accepted.

When returning: All accessories and included items must be returned together. If accessories are missing, a partial deduction may be applied to the refund.

※ Serial numbers of all products are recorded to prevent item switching fraud.
